In 2025, railcube acquired Spark TS, marking its first add-on acquisition since partnering with Main Capital Partners. Founded in 2016 and based in St. Paul, Minnesota, Spark TS is the provider of Rail Tasker™, a workforce safety, compliance, and drug and alcohol testing platform serving over 100 railway undertakings.

The integration of railcube’s end-to-end operations suite with Spark TS’s specialized safety and compliance tools creates a powerful ecosystem, unlocking new cross-selling opportunities and accelerating growth across both companies.
