Nashville Exhibition huge attendance success!

 

The recent RSSI 54th Annual C&S Exhibition held at The Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center from May 20 to May 22nd was a huge success with over 1600 total attendees. 179 RSSI member companies exhibited their products and services to over 400 rail and transit customers. With four food courts serving breakfast, lunch and dinner the opportunity to taste the top of line meals prepared by the Gaylord banquet staff was a treat for everyone.

 

The kickoff event for the exhibition was a reception and buffet dinner held on Tuesday evening in the Presidential lobby and Presidential Ballroom of the Gaylord Resort.

 

After dinner Bob Barranco and John Marsh of BPI Inc. hosted a Casino event with table and interactive games available for all attendees. The Casino is a high energy event that is always popular with our members and customers. At the end of the evening a raffle was held and several prizes were awarded including a 55 inch high definition internet ready TV.

 

For those attendees wanting to spend a more quiet time with friends and business associates a piano bar with dessert stations was a popular area away from the excitement of the Casino.

 

RSSI will be working with AREMA, REMSA and RSI planning the 3rd Biennial Railway Interchange Exhibition and Conference which will be held in Minneapolis from October 4 to October 7, 2015.
