2017 C&S Exhibition News

 

The exhibition portion of the 2017 Railway Interchange Conference and Exhibition will open at 1:00pm on Sunday September 17th.

 

Below are some important dates and information regarding the RSSI portion of the exhibition:

 

• We have less than fifty 10x10 booth locations left in the RSSI exhibit halls D, E and F at the Indiana Convention Center.  Individual 10x10 booths can be combined to offer more space to larger exhibitors. You can view the floorplan and the remaining booths by clicking here. You may then call the RSSI office at 904-379-3366 to reserve your booth.

 

• FERN Exhibition Services will be the decorator for RSSI in 2017.  The FERN Account Executive is Mandy Simpson, msimpson@fernexpo.com. There will be a portal available on the RSSI website in April 2017 for exhibitors to work directly with FERN.

 

• The Exhibition Service Manual (ESM) will be available in April 2017 on the RSSI website. The ESM will contain all of the forms and information needed to ship your booth material, furnish your booth, signage and ordering other booth services.

 

• The ESM will also contain important information regarding exhibit schedules, the RSSI Annual Meeting, RSSI social policy, registration, lodging and transportation.

 

• Large exhibitors can begin setting up their booths on Thursday and Friday September 14 & 15.

 

• Setup for all other exhibitors will begin at 8:00am on Saturday September 16th.

 

• The Indianapolis Downtown Marriott is the headquarters hotel for RSSI. The Marriott is the closest hotel to the convention center and exhibit halls and can be accessed via a skywalk.

 

• RSSI will be sponsoring a high end hospitality suite at the Downtown Marriott on Saturday, Sunday and Monday evenings. The hospitality suite will include heavy hors d’oeuvres, music, Sunday and Monday night football zones and a quiet area for those who will want to socialize.

 

• The Westin is the backup hotel for RSSI. It is located next door to the Marriott and also has a skywalk to the convention center.

 

• Hotel reservations and exhibit registration will open on April 3, 2017. You can access hotel reservations and registration here on that date. Remember the RSSI headquarters hotel is the Downtown Marriott not the JW Marriott.

 

Railway Interchange and RSSI sponsorship opportunities are available.

 

• Railway Interchange sponsorships include food court signage, aisle signs, wifi, hotel room key cards, column wraps, signage, etc. These opportunities can be viewed on the Railway Interchange 2017 website or contact Carol Steckbeck directly at 919-303-5343.

 

• RSSI sponsorships include the Sunday and Monday night football zones in the RSSI hospitality suite, bar and food signage, quiet areas and hospitality suite entertainment.
