  • Where are the RSSI Headquarter Hotels & When Can I Make My Hotel Reservations?

    Indianapolis Marriott Downtown and the Westin Indianapolis. Hotel Reservations open Spring 2021.

  • How & When Can I Register for the Exhibit?

    Registration Opens Spring 2021. Registration link will be available on RSSI 2021 portal for the advance discount.

  • Which Hall is RSSI Located In & Where is the RSSI Booth?

    RSSI exhibitors will be located Hall D, E, F, and part of G of the Indianapolis Convention Center. The RSSI is Booth 1800f.

  • What are the Location and Dates for the RSSI Social Events?

    RSSI will provide social events on Sunday, 9/26, Monday, 9/27, and Tuesday, 9/28.  Location and time will be coming soon. All RSSI Members and their C&S customer guests are welcome to attend. Click Here for the RSSI Entertainment Policy.

  • What is the Entertainment Policy for RSSI?

  • Who is the Exhibit Contractor for RSSI Exhibitors?

    FERN Exposition is the exhibit contractor for RSSI in 2021. You can find their contact information and various equipment rental & service order forms within the ESM – Exhibitor Service Manual (Available Spring 2021). FERN will have a Service Desk in area between Hall E and Hall F.

  • What is included in my booth cost?

    Each 10x10 booth includes 2 complimentary registrations (up to 30), pipe and drape, 6’ black skirted table, 2 folding chairs, wastebasket, a 7”x44” identification sign, and general use WIFI.

  • What do I need to arrange for at my booth?

    Each exhibitor is responsible to arrange for electricity, shipping, furniture, carpeting, and any special service you may need.  All details and forms are located within the ESM (Available at Spring 2021).

  • Do I need Exhibitor Insurance?

    Yes! All exhibitors are required provide their COI – Certificate of Insurance, no later than 30 days prior to show. You will find a sample of the COI requirements and information on obtaining insurance within the ESM and our website,
