Initial Booth Sales: RSSI will be hosting booth space selection in December, 2024 for exhibitors who submitted an initial contract prior to October 25, 2024. Exhibit space selection will be determined based on the exhibitor membership status, exhibiting history, and date of contract receipt.
Exhibitors who submit contracts after October 25, 2024 and non-member requests will be assigned after the initial booth sales assignments. An email with a booth sales an appointment time will be sent.
Payment for the booth space is due within 30 days on receipt of invoice.
What is Included with the Booth
Each 10x10 (100 sq. ft) indoor exhibit space includes 2 complimentary exhibitor staff badges (maximum 30)
8 foot high back wall drape, 3 foot high side wall drape
One identification sign
Basic Wi-fi internet connectivity
General expo hall security
Pre- and post-event opt-in attendee lists
RSSI Innovation Theater presentation opportunities (more information will be available in early 2025).
Not included: electricity, carpeting, furniture, or cleaning services. Note: Exhibitors are required to carpet their exhibit space.

For RSSI member companies:
*Island and corner booths are considered premium and will incur an additional 10% charge*
Non-member exhibit spaces are $45/sq. ft. and have no discounts for larger booths.
