What are Suitcasing and Outboarding?
Suitcasing refers to non-exhibiting companies or persons who solicit business in the aisles, food courts, or in other public spaces, including another company’s booth or a hotel lobby during the Railway Interchange event.
Outboarding refers to non-exhibiting companies or persons that set up exhibits at off-site locations such as hotel hospitality suites.
No Suitcasing/Outboarding Policy
Please note that while all meeting attendees are invited to the show, any attendee who is observed to be soliciting business in the aisles or other public spaces, in another company’s booth, or in violation of any portion of the Railway Interchange Exhibition Policy, will be asked to leave immediately. Additional penalties may be applied.
