Companies other than the official Railway Interchange housing provider may contact you indicating that they are affiliated with Railway Interchange, and claim to offer hotels at “reduced rates.” These companies are not affiliated in any way with Railway Interchange, and it’s strongly recommended that you DO NOT use their services. At past events, exhibitors and attendees have used these companies and lost deposits or did not receive the hotel rooms they reserved. The Railway Interchange Housing Bureau, Conference Direct, is the ONLY authorized hotel reservations contact.  If you are contacted by one of these companies, please let us know at  904-379-3366.

Exhibitor Insurance

 

All exhibitors are required to obtain tradeshow liability insurance. We have provided a link in the electronic version of the ESM to a liability insurance provider, RainProtection, however you may choose to use another insurance provider. (RSSI has no affiliation with RainProtection.) Tradeshow insurance limits are also available through this link. Rainprotection will provide $1 million of insurance for single incident and $2 million total protection at a cost of $84.00.
